Poor service from management to sales agent

wow what a bad service i received me and my partner, we went to rage to purchase some shoes for the kid using the account only to find out that the account was invalid reason being she's a former employee(7months ago that is)and we being told that they cant assist us for no reason.what frustrates me more than anything is that the account was active just few weeks ago and even so i believe they should have communicated somehow that the account will be closed (given a valid reason)the agent from head office was rude to the last level(tsolo and her superior Maquelle or something )i would highly appreciate feedback regarding the matter.my email address its ***
