Poor Service

I bought boots on the 25th of May 2021 , for a function that was to be held on the 05 June 2021 , and on the day I noticed the heel was shaking as I was walking, when I got home I noticed that it was actually very loose and if I had worn the boots throughout the day it would have actually came out, I can't return it because you have a 7day return policy please advise what I should do? can I get a refund or a new set of boots? because clearly it's a factory fault. I love them they are absolutely gorgeous but I can't wear them. Please Assist Iv been to two different Rage stores and I couldn't find a size , they refuse to order the correct size online , they refused to give me a voucher what must I do? i understand that they don't do cash refunds but at least credit me or give me a voucher to buy online or buy at a later stage because right now i cant find something that i like.
