Poor Service

I bought 2 pairs of shoes yesterday 02 of December misplaced proof of purchase went the following day 03 of December for exchange they refused. what kind of service is this.?The lady who claim to be in charge (Goodness Ngobeni) doesn't know complaints email address says i must call contact centre . really they can't retrieve yesterday information.
