Poor Service Delivery

It's 5 months now since I've been fighting for this account to be updated as closed on my credit profile nothing is happening. I've called, sent emails to rage with empty promises. I've called transunion and emailed all the relevant documents for disputing the account nothing is happening there too. I've also sent a dispute email to experian guess what. Nothing is happening there too. I regret the day I asked Rage for a credit. This shop is out to ruin people's lives and they don't give a **** what happens to the future of people they're messing around with. This shop is just disgusting me. Actually it's the people that Rage has hired that doesn't know their story, they get paid to laze around and only give a damn about their salaries which they actually don't deserve to get because their service is up to no standard at all. They just don't care how many reviews I write about them on this profile. They just do as they please.
