Poor service

Paid for my account on the 16th of December and rage listed me on ITC that I’m behind with my January instalment and I found out about it before end of January I don’t know how their circle work I paid January and closed my account and informed them to update transunion but it has not been updated yet I’m still in areas I can’t do anything because of their stupid mistake all I need if for them to update transunion that the Acc is closed.
