poor service and unfair treatment

My name is Portia Loyal Rage customer Acc number:***. I have bought a skirt in Rage Jubilee Mall on the 13th March 2015.only to realise that the skirt is torn a bit.i then went to Rage Temba to exchange the skirt as it is near where I stay, I was assisted a lady by the name of Evelyn, when I was supposed to produce the card I realised that I don't have my Rage card. Therefore I asked her to keep the skirt for me, I also gave her 1 pair of shoes to reserve for me. Just now when I asked her for the skirt, she told me that she's not sure if the skirt is still there,then I asked how becouse the skirt was reserved, she then asked her colleague to call someone to ask if she still want the skirt, then the lady made a call in front of me asking the other one on the phone if she still want the skirt, and according to me she clearly said yes as afterwards the lady then told me that unfortunately the skirt is no longer there. Then i told her that how can she reserve a skirt that I reserved already. And she said the person they are reserving for is her colleague, and I said it doesn't matter becouse when she took the skirt from the hangers in the short to the store it was for m
