Poor service

In Dec I bought a few items for my boys. Had to return the items because the clothing was to big. Upon returning the store had absolutely nothing for boys 12 to 13 years. The head office also refused to approve a refund. I was told that I have to choose something else as I won't be refunded. I left with clothes to big for my boys as the only other option was taking things that I don't need. I have never experienced anything like this in any other clothing store.
