Poor service

I bought uncle boots from Rage Protea Glen mall on the 29 March...I just wear the boots only ones and it showed a tear of In the front and was even feeling the boots will just open up from inside when I was wearing it and also it gave me blisters my feet were painful ...I normally wear size 5 and 6 but I took size 7 on the boot to fit me fine....I'm really not happy with the quality of the shoe the I took back for exchange...at the store they told me they can't exchange as they dont see any damage on the boots ...i then walk away called customer care and was asked to go back to the store ..I did and the lady called customer care telling them she cannot see any problem with the shoes all the shoes shows a glue ...so now I must wear that boots until it have a damage ...that's what the they said ..even I told them I'm not comfortable with the shoes from the inside...but they did not help at all i was send out hurt broken the only resolution was to wear the shoe till it has a damage they can see then they will exchange... I'm now with the R385 uncle boots I can't even Wear
