Poor service

I am so dissapointed by Rage headoffice I called in this morning requesting my statement to be emailed to me the lady named Maculate was so impatient and very rude to me as their customer till now I am still waiting for ,people must not work in customer service environment if they cannot handle queries this is soooooo annoying
