Poor service

I bought white dress for Christmas theme on Christmas eve...the shop Assistant told me that it's not allowed to fit the white clothes unfortunately when I arrive home the dress didn't fit me.on Christmas day whe taking the dress back the shop was closed..2days after Christmas when I returned the dress they said they don't take back clothes that are on sale then they phone the Head office which I was assisted by Violet Mahomed she was very rude she said I must take any colour of the dress while I wanted white dress and worse part they didn't have my size on the same white dress I was looking for told Violet to transfer the amount to my account course they don't have my size she refused but its really unfair to me coss all I was asking its.for them to transfer that amount I bought the dress to my Account cos I was.using the account regularly I end up leaving the dress to the shop to keep it cos I can't take something that I don't need even today no one.phone me to address the matter and I'm thinking it's not fair for me to continue paying their Account because their Head office assistant which is Violet didn't handle the matter professionally she just told me to take another colour of the dress instead of phoning other shop to look for the same white dress that I wanted and to look for my size
