Poor Quality Shoes

So since rage is running a 50% sale on some items in their stores ,Iv come to realize that actually those are damaged shoes , On Saturday 17.12.2017 , i bought sandals nice one's at rage at Maponya Mall they where on sale , decided to wear them same day , and before the day ended the s**** tore on one side and the other one was also starting to tear , took them back and they refused a refund as the item was on sale and i was forced to take something of the same value , i then again took a pair of sandals which where also on sale , wore them to work 20.12.2017 , and guess what they also tore , i took size 6 and am a size 5 , just to give my foot allowance , but still , one side got torn and the other side is also tearing , Am just disappointed beyond words and i feel this is not right , well i understand for the price i pay for the shoes i ca not completely expect best quality , but really this is unacceptable .
