Poor quality shoes

I bought a ancle boot at Rage Parow Centre which lasted me only 2 months. When I returned the boot, that store was closed down. I then returned the boot at Rage Golden Acre on 1st November for a wedge shoe. I wore the wedge on Friday the 3rd November then after 2 hours the shoe broke. I took it back to Rage on 8th November and was told that i can have another wedge of the same style. I refused to take the same style shoe so i took another that was R30 more than the price that I've paid. I just thought out of courtesy, Rage would write off that R30 and grant me the shoe, but they refused. I even contacted Wendy at customer service but was also unable to assist.

I am a cash paying customer, but I've been supporting Rage for years. Just a pity their quality is so bad now.

NEVER AGAIN TO BUY AT RAGE STORES.
