Poor quality poor customer service

I have a complaint with shoes that was bought on 2025-10-07 at Sasolburg Branch. I visited the branch for an exchange or refund because the sandals are damaged, to my surprise I was told that in the condition they're in she will not be able to assist because when submitting the query she needs to take photos of the shoes and the photo won't be visible enough so I need to wear them until they are officially broken. I am not happy with the service I've gotten from her. The fact that I've returned them today obviously mean I don't want to wear damaged shoes.
