Poor quality of shoes(store refused to exchange)

i bought shoes on saturday and my daughter wore them and they teared, i returned them and they told me about the wear and tear,for one the shoes are not even seven days old and they are selling poor quality of shoes in return they tell us about the wear and tear policy what happened to customer satisfaction this show that they know that their shoes are not of quality and hide on the wear and tear.
