Poor quality of customer service and products

I bought shoes and a shirt online, when I went to exchange the items at Rage 4ways mall. I was told to travel all the way to Cresta to exchange (wouldn't have done an online order if I wanted to travel). I went to the store about 5 times to exchange my clothes as they didn't want to take it, after numerous calls. The store manager said she will give me a call which I am still waiting for. Customer service when calling them is pathetic. The clothes barely had the print on it (like someone ironed over it).
