poor quality

In August 2017 I bought a dress from Rage and it started shredding, I initially thought it was caused by ironing, but the dress shredded in other places as well. I am utterly disappointed at the type fabric used. I further went to the store where they told me they will not accept it without proof of purchase(which I cannot find anywhere) Why must it shred in the first place, as much as its an inexpensive dress this cannot be accepted, even Mr Price has better quality clothes. What a waste of money to buy something and only wear it a couple times
