Poor Marketing and No Response

I've seen a shoe on Rage's website which I liked and wanted to get for a few brides****s. Knowing you won't always get in store what you see on websites I thought I could ask one of the Rage stores to order it for me. Been to quite a few and they can't even find it coz it's been advertised with a wrong item code. Plus I'm getting no response from all the e-mails they leave on their website as well as their facebook page. I find this really poor.
