Poor *********** service

I've closed my account in June and requested a paid up letter. In August I found out that this account is still appearing as outstanding on my credit profile. I called Rage to query this as they had promised to request for the account to be updated on Transunion but never did. I was asked to contact Transunion and put a dispute I did exactly that. Sent the paid up letter as well as a copy of my I'd nothing happened up to this point. What do more do I have to do to get assistance from Rage a bunch of *********** people who doesn't do what they get paid for. Their service sucks up to the last point. This is the second review I'm writing about them, shows how little they care about their name being tarnished. They do not give a damn at all. I will scream go to news papers if it means getting assistance.
