Poor customer service at Rage

I had an account with Rage years back, paid up and closed in 2018. It still appears as an active account in arrears. I am refused in other shops because of bad credit history due to Rage's negligence. When enquiring at their store I don't owe anything it's 0:00 balance, even the head office is not solving the matter it's been years now, I regret opening an account there.
