POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RUDE STAFF MEMBER

Good Day I am a rage client and I bought a jacket from your The Grove store but it was too small I then went to Denlyn they were out of sizes but the sales lady Maria checked for me which branched had a XL and it showed closes one to me is hatfield she called and I even called spoke to Katlhego (sales lady) she took my details on 12/4/2018 and said the item has been put asside,today on my arrival there was another lady assisting only to tell me that the two sizes shown on the system are demage I asked for the Manager Enniah she was very rude and had an attitude I explained to her that I'm from Waltloo side all the way here to find out that this is a damage item where my details was taken by Katlhego and she never checked, I asked if they can check another stor and maybe courier to denlyn or the Grove cause I'm staying close by she told me no I don't do that I'm The Manager and you have to go yourself raising her tone of voice,I immediately ask for her name and surname she first refuse cause I told her I'm gonna put this on hello Peter then she wrote her name and Head office nr and said do as u please

I'm very unhappy with the service given to me as I'm a customer for almost 7 years
