Poor customer service

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Rage Mall Of The South . I visited the store to exchange a pair of shoes I had recently purchased for a different size, but the experience was far from satisfactory.

Upon explaining my situation to the store staff, I encountered a lack of professionalism and unwillingness to assist. Firstly, the staff member I approached was dismissive of my request and did not provide the necessary assistance in finding the correct size. Despite the fact that the shoes were in perfect condition and I had my receipt, I was met with reluctance and an unhelpful attitude.
