Poor customer service

I went to Rage store at Vereeniging to exchange which I bought on sale. I received the most terrible service from your staff Lerato. The lady was rude toward me and unprofessional She asked why I did return the shoes where I bough them I explained that I was told that the shoes could be credited to my account and I had to take something else. I could not find anything at that store, so I went to that store and found something. She told me that she had call to get authorization and told me call wont answer the calls without even trying. I told her that Im not leaving without help and I was not leaving the store with those shoes because I was tired of send been from pillar to post. She told me that I had to leave with shoes. I refused to leave she finally called and got authorization. I was waited over 30 minute at the till the store closed while I was inside.
