Poor customer service

I bought boots on Friday the 26th of and when I got home noticed that I took the wrong size I called customer and explained that I don't have near my work place and I will only make it to rage on Sunday the 4th the lady said no problem go to the store and they will help should you encounter any problems please let them call me. I won't to the store and they refused to help, called customer care they also refused to help so I left the boots with them told them to order they still refused so I want a refund in my account and I don't want their account anymore. I need my account refunded.
