Poor customer service

I bought a toddler boot at rage Belfast on the 15th of May then 16th May there was a sale, I was not told nor notified on the sale and when I complain about that I was not assisted, just now I was on a call with their customer service urgent Violet and she was so rude Rage should close down all their stores because even after writing a review nobody reply or take accountability for mistakes done
