poor customer service

I went to Rage Shoes & Clothing Highland Mews Witbank today simply because I got a text from them telling me about their special. When i got there I got a lady by the door so sour and rude. I tried to calm myself down as there shoes that i loved and wanted to buy. when started talking to the lady again she looked the other way with attitude answering to me as if i was a nuisance to her. i was so demotivated that i walked out of the store discouraged. her customer service was the worst.
