Poor communication skills experianced

At Rage King Williams Town, carthcart road. I went there and was told by a lady sitting with no care in the world and eating that the shop will open at 9:10am today. Time passed and went to knock on the door to find out again what is the matter. She then carelessly told me that the other colleague of hers is on the way and she can not open alone (understandably so) but the maner in which she addressed me was not professional at all. I felt so disrespected... eventually the person came in with a shopping bag plastic. No apology, nothing
