Poor and unprofessional service at Rage shoes and clothing, Lakeside next to Spur

Bought a pair of shoes on the 3rd of January 2025, the colour and size I wanted was not available. The cashier said they were offline and I should pay cash. She did not give the slip and also did not generate an sms. When I came back on Sunday the 6th to ask for the slip, the manager, cashier and another lady insisted that I had received the slip and they won't assist me. They also said it's my fault I did not get the sms, I might have given the cashier the wrong number. They are clueless on customer service and unprofessional.
