The reason why there's I rated this business one star is because I had to give it a rating, if it were up to me, I'd rate you guys zero. If you're comfortable considering using this account to increase your credit score, think again, they do not update your payment records, even if they do, they do not update your utilisation, my last and final payment was in August but it has not been updated to date, they will negatively affect your score regarding R20 that you gave already paid many months ago, you call and quiet they'll tell you about how they update their records on the 14th, buy you pay before that date and your records will still not be updated.theie consultants will tell you that there's nothing that. They can do and you'll have to contact TransUnion yourself, they'll provide you with a number that will never be answered. Why is it my business to contact TransUnion even y'all are the ones providing them with outdated info????
