Please Assist

To Whom it may concern

I was asked to write a review on behalf of a lady that bought shoes at your Stellenbosch branch. She returned the shoes the very next day, as she noticed when putting them on that there was these lines (almost like stitching holes) next to the zipper of the boot. However she lost the till slip, but paid by card, so does have proof of payment. The staff however told her that there is nothing that can be done without the slip.

Could someone please assist as proof of payment is available and the shoes has never been worn.
