Payments not reflecting on my credit card

I'm very disappointed with rage .I paid off my credit card account on February 2026 all the amount online to their Account given to make payments but the money hasn't reflected on my account till date.Around March I contacted them with proof of payment and everything they said they will allocate payments to my credit account.April the money has not reflected yet despite contacting them and giving them proof of payment.im really disappointed because I can not pay twice the money that has already been paid
