Payment not reflecting

I made a payment of R120 via eft on my rage account i did send a proof of payment but my payment still not reflecting on my account and today is the 20 th of July 2020 i have never had problems before paying my account via eft even during lockdown and the next fay it will reflect on my account. Whats going on with rage that i have to put this on Halopeter?
