Pathetic store

I bought a pair of shoes at Rage Centurion , 3days later I worn the shoes and the shoe was torn, I took them back and they refused to refund me and forced me to buy something in the store. I bought it cash but they are refusing to refund me, so they took their shoes and still has my money with them. I could go and buy a pair of shoes elsewhere but they are refusing to refund me but only to restrict me in buying from their store again even such experience. I need my money back because they have their shoes back, this is *****. And I will report the matter everywhere until I get my money back I will not allow them to rob me
