Pathetic service at Rage, Kenilworth Centre

Today, I visited Rage in Kenilworth Centre. The service received was unspeakably pathetic! I requested assistance from the employee, who completely ignored my request and assisted two other people before me; never to provide me with any feedback. I eventually requested the help of a second employee, who ended up brushing me off in saying that their phone was offline and that she was unable to assist me in finding my size at a sister branch. I left the shop, without the shoe and without any leads as to which of the other stores I could find what I was looking for.

Pathetic customer service. I don't plan on returning to this store.
