Pathetic service

I bought 3 pairs of shoes at Rage Mall@carnival on friday only to find 2 pairs r a small size, today i went to exchange and find dat they dont have size on 1 pair so i ask to credit that pair My frustration is dat shop doesnt have a fone and for them to exchange and refund they need to consult da head office via email and wait for them to call them on their personal fones which they didnt i waited and waited and i was told they knocked off Its not fair to sales consultants who must explain to customers they cant help How can head office knock off at 16:00 while the shop closes at 19:00 and there r transactions the shop cant do without the head office its not fair what must da staff do and customers must be turned away Rage is useless Rage Tsakane mall no airconditioner its too hot u cant be in dat shop for long what about da people who work there Sies Rage im going to close my account
