I went to rage tsakane mall near shoprite when we arrive there we wanted to get a refund for the shoes we bought they they first told us the lines are not going through that was within 7 days period now we go back today they pull attitude for us including the store manager who was there Named Nonhlanhla they don't respect customers the consultant left us in the till and went to chat to colleagues who were guarding the shoes when we ask her name she said nifuna ukwenzani ngalokho then instead of manager stepping in in good manner she tells us she won't talk to useless people in front of other customers please sort this out cause I'm willing to escalate it further I won't be treated like ******* while I spend my money at Rage
