Pathetic exchange policy

Rage clothing in Wellington is the most pathetic shop I have ever dealt with!!! I purchased a dress in November and wore it once. After being washed the dress had shrunk! I returned the dress and was told I can't be refunded as I don't have the slip anymore.....who keeps the slip if something fits and u already had worn the dress??? I exchanged the dress and the same happened again!!! Now the shop refuses to give my money back! It's your factory fault but now it's my problem!! I will never buy anything again for any Rage shop!! PATHETIC!
