Pathetic customer service

<p>On the 11th of June 2017 I bought a pair of gold pointed shoes at Rage shoe and clothing store in Pan Africa Mall Alex.I only wore the shoes twice but it seems like I had worn the shoes more than 20times as it started to wrinkle on top I felt like the shoes didn't keep up to the stardand and the quality rage seem to potray I then took the shoes back on Saturday 01st July the sales lady then told me that's how the shoes look after being worn I then told them I am not happy with the shoes because i won't be able to wear them again they look bad,they refused to help me I then asked them to put me through to their customer service instead the lady decided to be the one who speak to person who answered the call told them I brought back a shoe that wasn't factory fault and the person asked the lady to take a picture and send it via what's app,after taking the pic the lady then said they had no network in the store she needs to go outside to get network she kept me waiting for 20min upon her return she told me that head office they can't refund or exchange the shoe because they not factory fault it's how they suppose to be I then told her to put me through so I can speak for myself I then spoke to a lady by a name of Busisiwe who refused to listen to my reasons and kept to a not factory fault story.</p> <p>I then told her I will leave the shoes in thier store until they decide to help she then bluntly told me if anything happens to the shoes it won't be any of the sales ladies responsibility I left the shoes anyway because I wasn't willing to keep something I am not happy with a shoe I will never wear again after I've only worn twice.</p> <p>I then wrote to thier customer service to only recieve a massage from Wendy telling me that Busisiwe had shown her the pic of the shoes and there's nothing wrong with it I must just go and get the shoes cause the staff had put them aside for my collection.</p>
