Pathetic customer service.

I am disgusted at their customer service as I've purchased a shoe cash 3 days ago, got home to find that the shoe size is mine yet the make of the shoe is big. Now I am returning it for something else not knowing that the new shoe is actually R100 less then the previous shoe. I am now being forced to take something to the value of the previous shoe. Yet when I spent my money I did it open heartedly CASH#!! They they bull ****ting me about their phones being offline and what not all.. I use to think this is the best shoe place however i am disgusted
