PATHETIC CLIENT SERVICE!!!

I called Rage call center 15 minutes ago, inquiring about the SMS i received. I explained to the agent the nature of my call. She asked my to read the SMS out loud. I then asked if she cant retrieve the SMS i received from their side. what she said is.... \ JUST READ ME THAT SMS AND STOP ASKING TOO MANY QUESTIONS
