Pathetic

I had a Rage account back in 2017 and I paid it all off but when I’m checking my ITC profile it still picks up as active, and mind you I did call in and asked my account to be closed but that was not actioned, sent an email but no one is responding!! If you want to build your credit score stay away from Rage and their clothes and shoes are not of good quality anyway!!
