Paid up letter

I have settled my Rage clothing account in August i have been waiting for a paid up letter since then the lady at Pavillion Mall said she will Skype the head office to close my account she took my details but when im checking my credit score it still shows the account is outstanding .i need my paid up letter and the account to be updated this os so irritating now.
