PAID UP AND CLOSED ACCOUNT ON ARREARS

I closed my account back in 2019 and it's still appearing on my credit score as active and running on arrears. I am struggling to get a car and a loan for my house renovations because it has a bad reputation on me. I have my paid up letter with me.
