Paid up account complaint

If I could give this company zero I would, I have recently done a credit check and it still shows that I haven't paid my rage account yet since from last year. I have been asking them to send me a paid up letter & close the account but still nothing received. I really do not know how long does it take them to submit the info to the credit bureau but this is absolutely ridiculous.
