NONSENSICAL RAGE

Rage does not update correct balances at the credit bureaus, I have had the same balance for the past 6 months now yet they update that the account is up to date. I called their call centre and spoke to a lady called Ongezwa who said they update on the 14th of every month, but it still shows the same incorrect balance and that affects my credit score cause it reflects high utilization. I will CLOSE this account this month, this is just NONSENSE!!!
