NO RESPONSE TO ***** - ESCALATION PENDING - Jane Pitse & Thabelo Mabogo

Rage SA has ignored multiple urgent communications regarding a *****ulent credit account opened in my name without verification, which is severely damaging my credit score.

The failure to act immediately is unacceptable. Staff members Jane Pitse and Thabelo Mabogo have failed to provide any timely resolution.

Due to the lack of response, I am now publicly posting this complaint and escalating the matter to consumer protection bodies. Rage SA: Close the *****ulent account NOW."
