No proof of payment was given to me...no sms no receipt....the shoes don't fit

I purchased shoes on the 27th of January 2024 and I was asked to give out my cellphone number and I was told I will receive a sms as proof of payment but I never received it nor did I receive a receipt. The shoes don't fit me and I was told to provide them with an invoice number...how the hell am I supposed to provide them with that if I never received any proof of payment the only proof I've got is a bank statement showing that the purchase was successful.
