NO MONEY IN THE TILL !!!!!!

I recently bought a dress at the Rage at Clearwater Mall. Their return/ refund policy is that you get your money back within 7 days of returning the goods, with the tag on and in the same condition that you bought it. I abided by their policy but when I asked for my money back the teller said SORRY THERE IS NO MONEY IN THE TILL. The best she could do is to give me a voucher. If I paid for the dress in CASH, I would like the CASH back. She suggested that I come back on another day. I asked her if Rage would pay for my petrol or for the parking at the mall and she said no. This is simply NOT good enough. Managers of the stores should ensure that there is a big enough float in the till to avoid this inconvenience.
