No customer service....

I bought shoes on the 23rd of April 2021 at Protea Gardens mall for my wedding that happened on the 24th of April 2021. I wore the shoes on my wedding day and only for 2 hours and never again until 28 September when I realised that the shoe heel cap came off. I realised that when I was at work and I didn't have another pair of shoes so I had to wear them like that. When I got home I checked in the box for spare heel cap and there was nothing which means the shoe heel cap came off on my wedding day......imagine 🤦♀️.

I emailed customer care, info and Mathapelo but no1 responded to my query.

The shoes are of low quality, worst customer service....
