No cash Refund

I bought a dress at Rage, and I went back to return the dress and I was told that there is no cash refunds, I need to exchange for something else for the same amount of money that I paid for the dress. The lady who was on the till ever explained to me before I paid that there is no cash refund, only when I return the same we here this stories, there is no sign as well to show or inform customers that there is no cash refund in Rage shops. <br>
