NO ASSISTANCE AND HELP FROM RAGE!

I have been trying to contact Rage for the past 3 weeks now to query why my PAID UP account has not been updated on ITC and firstly the people that work in the call centre cut the call whilst you are talking to them and when you try and call back the line drops and as for emails i dont think they receive any emails or maybe the just ignore them. Whats up with that??? <br> Rage is too quick to add you as a bad payer if you are late with payment but when its made do they even have the courtesy to update your payment... DISGUSTING SERVICE REALLY!!!
